According to the Federal Register, on April 11, 2024, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued Regulation 2024-07192, exempting the residual limits for Hexadecyltrimethoxy- and Hydrolysis Products With Silica.
According to the regulations, Hexadecyltrimethoxy- and Hydrolysis Products With Silica are exempt from residue limits when they are inert ingredients in pesticide preparations and the content does not exceed 0.6% by weight of the pesticide preparation.
This rule takes effect on April 11, 2024, and requests for objections or hearings must be filed by June 10, 2024.
