China and New Zealand signed a document on food safety cooperation

According to the State Administration for Market Regulation, during Premier Li Qiang's visit to New Zealand on June 13, the two sides jointly signed the "Arrangement on Cooperation in Infant Formula Food Safety between the State Administration for Market Regulation of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry for Primary Industries of New Zealand" under the witness of both premiers.


This cooperation arrangement aims to strengthen communication and cooperation in the field of infant formula registration, ensure the quality and safety of infant formula exported to China, facilitate bilateral trade, and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation between China and New Zealand.
