Consumer Liu purchased 40 boxes of tea, the shelf life labelled on the iron box package and the minimum package are inconsistent.

The court of second instance considered that Liu has already claimed the ten times’ compensation for the same reason and purchased the goods involved again. Therefore the court rejected the ten times compensation claimed by Liu this time.
