Zhang purchased Spanish-made ham from a store via Wechat channel. After receiving the goods, Zhang found out that the product was without Chinese label and the store had not obtained an import license. Furthermore, the photo of product with Chinese label and other evidences provided by the merchant were not consistent with the product purchased by Zhang.
