Summary | New Policies & Regulations Issued by GACC Have Been Implemented Recently

 
On September 7, the General Administration of Customs issued the Notification on Phytosanitary Requirements for importing Zambian Fresh Blueberries. Since the date of this notification, it allows the import of fresh Zambian blueberries that meet the quarantine requirements.




On September 11, the General Administration of Customs issued an announcement on the implementation of emergency preventive measures for overseas manufacturers of imported cold chain foods that were detected to be positive for the COVID-19 nucleic acid




On September 12, the General Administration of Customs issued a notice on preventing the introduction of German African swine fever into China, which will be implemented as of the date of publication.




On September 12, the General Administration of Customs issued a notice on preventing The introduction of Malaysian African horse disease into China. This notice shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.



On September 16, the General Administration of Customs issued the Announcement on the Quarantine and Hygiene Requirements of imported French breeding poultry and eggs. As of the date of the announcement, the import of French breeding poultry and eggs that meet the relevant requirements is allowed.




On September 16, the General Administration of Customs issued the Announcement of the Decision on Commodity Classification in 2020, which will take effect from October 1, 2020.
