In order to standardize the on-site inspection of special food registration, in accordance with the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Administrative Measures of Health Food Registration and Filing", "Administrative Measures of Product Formula Registration of Infant Formula Milk Powder", "Administrative Measures of Formula Food for Special Medical Purpose Registration", etc., the State Administration for Market Regulation has formulated the "Working Procedures for On-site Inspection of Special Food Registration (Interim)", which are hereby issued and shall come into force on the date of publication (November 25, 2020).
