On December 27, 2021, the Official Journal published more implementing regulations, revised organic products import management regulations. The main contents are as follows:

(1) Regulation (EU) 2021/2304 stipulates rules on the issuance of complementary certificates certifying the non-use of antibiotics in organic production of animal products for the purpose of export;

(2) Regulation (EU) 2021/2305 revises rules on the cases where and conditions under which organic products and in-conversion products are exempted from official controls at border control posts, the place of official controls for such products;

(3) Regulation (EU) 2021/2306 stipulates on the official controls in respect of consignments of organic products and in-conversion products intended for import into the Union and on the certificate of inspection;

(4) Regulation (EU) 2021/2307 stipulates rules on documents and notifications required for organic and in-conversion products intended for import into the Union.

The above regulations will come into effect on the 3rd day of publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
