On January 8, 2022, the General Administration of Customs took emergency preventive measures against 3 Vietnamese companies, due to the positive nucleic acid test of SARS-Cov-2 in 3 samples of 3 batches of frozen Basa catfish from Vietnam. The national customs suspended the acceptance of Vietnamese aquatic product companies Binh Long Company Limited - BILOFISH (Registered number: DL 529), Frozen Factory AGF 9 (Registered number: DL 09) and Factory 2- Lien Loc Phat Joint Stock Company (LIEN LOC PHAT JSC) (Registered number: DL 347) import declaration for 1 week from January 6, 2022. Product declaration will resume automatically after expiration.
