A
The dosage of food raw materials and food additives in the formula dosage table should be filled in according to the amount to make 1000kg infant formula milk powder, and the names, dosages and functions of all the food raw materials and food additives used should be listed. The ingredients indicated in the ingredient list on the label should be reported in the formula dosage form. For compound ingredients, compound food additives and food additive preparations, the dosage and the dosage of each component shall be provided, and the dosage shall be consistent with the sum of the dosage of each component.
