On April 23, 2022, the General Administration of Customs took emergency preventive measures against a Spanish companies, due to the positive nucleic acid test of SARS-Cov-2 in a sample of a batch of frozen squid from Spain. The national customs suspended the acceptance of Spanish seafood product company PESQUERIAS MANUEL NORES CANARIAS, S.L. (Registered number: 12.12085/PO) import declaration for 1 week. Product declaration will resume automatically after expiration.
