Russian standard for determination of aging degree of wheat baking products

 On May 5, 2022, Russian Federal Bureau of Technical Regulations and Metrology sued the standard for the determination of aging degree of wheat baking products (Standard No. : GOSTR70085-2022).  The standard applies to baking products made of wheat baking powder with a weight of not less than 300g, and establishes a method for determining the aging degree of products such as bread.  But do not apply to sliced products, low moisture products and products with stuffing. 

The standard takes effect on July 1, 2023.
