The United States issued a certificate report on food and agricultural products exported to China

 
 On May 4, 2022, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) issued the "Report on Food and Agricultural Products Exported to China", which listed the list of official certificates required for food and agricultural products exported to China, certificate requirements, legal and regulatory basis and registration requirements for overseas food producers.  It mainly includes :

(1) Regulations on the registration administration of overseas production enterprises such as beef, oil, infant formula food, special medical use food and health food, and requirements on the record of foreign food exporters/agents and importers of imported food; 

(2) import License of beef, pork, mutton, fresh milk, milk powder, sugar, broiler and vegetable oil, pork H1N1 certificate, pork ractopamine-free certificate, organic certification, etc.  U.S. exporters are also advised to follow updates to USDA's Global Agricultural Information Network (GAIN) system and check for the latest reports on Chinese food and agricultural import regulations and standards.
