On 10 May 2022, the European Commission (EU) published Regulation no. 2022/708 extending the authorisation period for 50 active substances, including fluroxalone, which will take effect 20 days from the date of publication.
The approval period for Flurochloridone was extended until May 31, 2023, according to the regulation. The approval period for metam was extended until June 30, 2023.
The approval period for Phenmedipham, S-Metolachlor, Milbemectin, Ethephon, Captan, Folpet, Formetanate, Dimethomorph, Metribuzin, Propamocarb, Pirimiphos-methyl, Beflubutamid, Benthiavalicarb, Boscalid , Fluoxastrobin, Prothioconazole, Aclonifen, metazachlor and Proquinazid has been extended until July 31, 2023.
The approval period for Acetic acid, Aluminium ammonium sulphate, Aluminium silicate, Calcium carbide Carbide, Ethylene, Extract from tea tree, Fat distillation residues, Fatty acids C7 to C20, Gibberellic acid, Gibberellins, Hydrolysed proteins, Iron sulphate, Plant oils/clove Oil, Plant oils/ rapeseed oil, Plant oils/spear mint oil, Pyrethrins, Quartz sand, Fish oil, Repellents by smell of animal or plant origin/sheep fat, Straight Chain Lepidopteran Pheromones, Urea, Aluminium phosphide, Magnesium phosphide, Cymoxanil, Dodemorph, 2, 5-Dichlorobenzoic acid methylester, metamitron, Sulcotrione and Tebuconazole has been extended until August 31, 2023.
