Indonesian Ministry of Trade issued new regulations on palm oil exports

According to the status updated on law library website of Indonesian Ministry of Trade on June 8, 2022 , the ministry released document No 30 of 2022, about Crude Palm Oil, Refining, Bleaching and Deodorization of Palm Oil, Palm Oil Refining, Bleaching and Deodorization and Industrial-Grade Mixed Oil Export Regulations Amendment Ordinance (No 39 of 2022),  The new regulations will take effect on June 8, 2022.   
The main changes include allowing qualified exporters to transfer their quotas to other parties if their applications are approved by the Ministry of Trade. Export quotas can be transferred from one company to multiple companies, but quotas that have already been transferred cannot be transferred again.
