The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) announced on June 10 that it will conduct food poisoning prevention inspections on 7,200 kindergarten dining rooms from June 13 to July 15 in cooperation with local governments in order to prevent food poisoning incidents at kindergartens in summer.
Main inspection contents: whether to comply with the food poisoning prevention rules; Whether expired products or raw materials are used; Compliance with food hygiene standards; Washing and disinfection management of catering facilities and utensils.
