FSANZ sought comment on phospholipase A1 from genetically modified aspergillus niger as a processing aid

On 2 August 2022, the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) issued Notice 210-22, in which Application A1221 sought comments on the use of phospholipase A1 as a processing aid.
 
According to the notice, the phospholipase A1 was produced by transgenic Aspergillus Niger and intended to be used in the degluing process of vegetable oils and fats. The deadline for comments is 6pm (Canberra time) on 13 September 2022.

2022年8月2日,澳新食品标准局(FSANZ)发布210-22号通知,其中A1221号申请,就一种磷脂酶A1(Phospholipase A1)作为加工助剂进行意见征求。
 
据通知,该磷脂酶A1是由转基因黑曲霉生产的,拟用于植物油和油脂脱胶过程中。意见征求截止日期为2022年9月13日下午6点(堪培拉时间)。
