SFA revised declaration form for export consignments of food products by qualified person (QP)

The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) has revised the Qualified Person (QP) declaration form for export consignments of food products. The revised declaration form will be implemented from 1 July 2024. Please note that all fields in the declaration form are mandatory, including the specific information of the shipper, the specific information of the manufacturer, the production date of the export product, the shelf life and the batch number, etc.

Exporters are also required to verify the current requirements of the destination country to ensure that the export goods comply with the standards and regulations of the destination country/region. If you require any clarification, please email to https://csp.sfa.gov.sg/feedback.
