The Russian Federation Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Service and the General Administration of Customs of China have completed the approval of the protocol on the inspection and quarantine requirements for Russian pea exports to China, and plan to sign the protocol in the near future.  
   
In order to achieve the goal of exporting peas to China within this year, foreign trade participants who intend to export peas to China should monitor the spread of quarantinable pests required by China in the pea planting and storage area and register in "Cerberus "system by July 1, 2022.
