On June 21, 2022, the 863rd meeting of the Food Safety Committee of the Cabinet Office of Japan was held. The feasibility of additional copper sulfate as a processing aid for wine was discussed, and the health impact assessment of copper sulfate was comprehensively developed.

    6月22日，日本内阁府食品安全委员会事务局发布消息称，2022年6月21日召开了第863回食品安全委员会，会上对追加硫酸铜作为葡萄酒的加工助剂的可行性进行了讨论，并综合制定了硫酸铜的健康影响评价。
 
    现就以上内容公开征集社会各界人士意见。意见征集截止日期为2022年7月21日。
