On July 4, 2024, the Food and Drug Administration of Thailand (FDA) issued a proposal to revise the maximum limits for a number of additives, including Carotenes Beta, in some food products.
On 5 October 2023, the Department of Food and Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health of Thailand issued an announcement to revise the standards for the use of food additives.
