RASFF: Indian rice exports detected with excessive levels of Ochratoxin A

According to the EU Rapid alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF), on October 29, 2024, Spain notified through RASFF that rice exports from India exceeded the Ochratoxin A standard. The details of the notification are as follows:
