based on a pest risk analysis, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has determined that the application of one or more of the phytosanitary measures is sufficient to mitigate the risk of the introduction or spread of plant pests or noxious weeds associated with the importation of rosemary and tarragon from Ethiopia. Therefore, as of December 20, 2024, Ethiopian rosemary and tarragon are authorized for export to the United States.
