CFSA released two new food raw materials such as Olive fruit polyphenols for public comment

On January 6, 2025, the China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) publicly solicited opinions on two new food raw materials including Olive fruit polyphenols and Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCMI-3799. The text of the announcement reads as follows:

 

Commissioned by the National Health Commission, according to the provisions of the Food Safety Law and the Management Measures for the Safety Review of New Food Raw Materials, two new food raw materials such as olive polyphenols have passed the technical review of the expert review Committee and are now open for comment. Please send your feedback to our center before February 5, 2025. Any overdue feedback will not be processed.

 

The attachment is the consultation content of two new food raw materials such as olive polyphenols and related interpretation materials, please download and read.
