On January 6, 2025, the Vietnam Food Safety Authority (VFSA) issued a draft Technical Regulation No. QCVN 8-1: 2025/BYT proposing to establish limits for mycotoxins in food with a comment period until February 25, 2025. Some of the limits are shown in the table below.
