On September 27, 2019, General Administration of Customs and National Health Commission issued announcement No. 152, from the date of publication, two regulatory certificates, namely, the Novel Food Ingredients License and the Temporary Application Standard for importing Food without National Food Safety Standards were exempted from the port inspection. Announcement No. 148 of General Administration of Customs and National Health Commission were abolished simultaneously.
