On November 12, 2019, the Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA) issued the new version of the Organic Products Certification Implementation Rules, which will be implemented on January 1, 2020.
On the same day, CNCA also issued the new version of Organic Product Certification Catalogue. From the date of publication of this announcement, the organic product certification body can accept the application for organic product certification of the new version of the Organic Product Certification Catalogue, and will not accept the application for organic product certification that is not included in the new Organic Product Certification Catalogue. Products that have been certified before the publication of this announcement and are not included in the new Organic Product Certification Catalogue will automatically expire after the expiration of the certification certificate; the products produced during the validity period of the certificate may use the corresponding certification mark during the validity period of the product.
