On March 2, 2023, the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) released the latest import conditions for pork and its products. Compared with the old version, it deleted regulations including chilled fresh pork must not undergo chemical decontamination treatment, water-injected pork must exceed the shelf life of 14 days, and water-infused pork is considered processed.
