According to the Thai government network reported on July 10, Ratchdatanadek, spokesman for the Prime Minister's Office, said that the government will continue to promote Thai entrepreneurs to invest in neighboring countries and strengthen border management to promote more exports to China. In the first five months of this year, Thailand's fruit exports to China exceeded 2.8 billion baht.

The International Trade Negotiation Office of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand recently visited Laos. The development of tourism in Laos has led to the rapid growth of the coffee industry, and Laos plans to improve the quality of coffee production to meet international standards. This is an opportunity for Thailand to strengthen cooperation with Laos under the framework of ASEAN and expand the coffee industry chain. The delegation also visited the Thanaleng Inland Port in Vientiane and the Vientiane South Railway Station, which is a transit point for goods from Nong Khai in Thailand to China by rail through Laos. Durian, mango, pineapple, longan, mangostens and other tropical fruits are becoming more and more popular among Chinese consumers.
