On April 15, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) of the Republic of Korea issued Notice No. 2024-199, adding 4 kinds of raw material ingredients of overseas food that are prohibited to be imported into Korea to the “Designated Guide for Designating and Lifting the import Ban on Overseas Food and Other Ingredients”, as shown in the following table:
