Zhao Lei, Food Standards and Regulation Consultant from the Foodmate.

Zhaolei delivered a keynote speech entitled “International Dairy Supervision Regulations”. She made an in-depth interpretation on dairy products regulation in various countries.

The lecture analyzes the regulation of dairy products in developed countries such as the European Union and the United States from the supervisory model, regulatory system, and standard laws and regulations, and based on the accumulation of cloud data such as product limited data and product index data of foodmate. Formula foods and cheese products are used as an example to illustrate the requirements of different classifications and different detection indicators for the same products in different countries or regions. By using the inositol index of infant formulas and the Staphylococcus aureus index of cheese products as an example, the similarities and differences between the same indicators in different countries (or regions) have been analyzed.
