On August 19, 2019, the General Administration of Customs issued an announcement on the Revised Measures for the Administration of the Country of Origin of import and Export Goods under the framework Agreement on the Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations ([2019] No.136).

The announcement will come into effect on August 20, 2019.

The accepted country of origin certificates are also stipulated on the notice.
