Mr. Yu purchased the durian pie, and its outer packaging indicates that natamycin was added. After two tests, no natamycin was detected in the same batch of food involved.

The court agreed that the food involved was labelled with the natamycin, but this food additive was not detected after testing, which was concluded to be label flaws.
