On December 27, 2019, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) issued the Interim Measures for the Examination and Administration of Advertisements for Drugs, Medical Devices, Health Food and Formula Food for Special Medical Purposes, which will become effective from March 1, 2020.
