Shen purchased cashew nuts and found out the specific name of edible oils was not labelled in the ingredient list.


The food involved belonged to the food that did not meet the national food safety standards, violated GB 7718-2011 National Food Safety Standard General Standard for the Labelling of Prepackaged Foods. The court sentenced that the defendant shall refund the payment of 23.9 RMB to Shen and shall pay compensation of 1000 RMB.
