Unqualified foods came from 28 countries or regions. Products from Vietnam, 42 batches, were the most, following with Taiwan area, Ecuador and Afghanistan.  

The foods refused for entry did not comply with China’s laws and regulations. The main reasons of rejection were: illegal food label issue (the most, 42 batches), animal diseases detected, without required certificates or qualified documents, food additive issue, etc. 

Unqualified cosmetics all came from France (2 batches), which were rejected due to without required certificates or qualified documents.

The above mentioned unqualified foods and cosmetics had been returned or destroyed at ports, according to GACC.
