In accordance with the work requirements of the "China Condiment Association Standard Administrative Measures", the drafting of three Chinese Condiment Association standards, which are “General Rules of Condiment Inspection”, “Spicy Scallop Dew Sauce” and “Mongolia Style Hot Pot base”, have been completed. The standard working procedures meet the requirements of the “Administrative Measures” and the requirements for publication, which are now announced.
