On July 16, the State Administration for Market Regulation and other 15 departments issued a notice on the "List of Matters for Joint Spot Checks by Departments in the Field of Market Supervision (First Edition)".
The "List" involves food-related random inspection items such as "Inspection of Enterprise Annual Report" and "Inspection of Export Commodity Production Enterprises" and other food related sampling inspection items. Besides, there are three items of random inspection in agriculture and animal husbandry, including "Supervision of Agricultural Production Materials", "Supervision of Safety of Agricultural Genetically Modified Organisms" and "Supervision of Livestock and Aquatic Wild Animal Breeding and Processing". Mainly supervise and inspect pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, veterinary drugs, feeds, feed additives, products and certificates that have been promoted and identified by agricultural machinery, safety of agricultural genetically modified organisms, quality of breeding livestock and poultry, and utilization of aquatic wild animals and their products.

《清单》涉及食品相关抽查事项有《企业年度报告抽查》、《出口商品生产企业的检查》等。农牧方面的抽查事项有三项，包括《农业生产资料监管》、《农业转基因生物安全检查》和《牲畜、水生野生动物养殖加工情况的检查》。主要对农药，肥料，种子，兽药，饲料，饲料添加剂，通过农业机械推广鉴定的产品及证书，农业转基因生物安全，种畜禽质量，水生野生动物及其制品利用活动进行监督检查。
