South Korea issued a guide to the necessary materials for import declarations for imported foods
On July 7, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) of South Korea issued the "Guidelines for Materials Required for import Declaration of imported Foods", explaining the materials that import operators need to submit and keep. The content is as follows:
1. The relevant provisions of the necessary materials in the "Special Law on imported Food Safety Management".
2. List of materials to be submitted and kept in import declaration.
3. When import declaration, questions and answers about relevant materials.
