The research report pointed out that the world's largest importers of organic products in 2019 were Europe (72%), the United States (15%) and China (12%).

According to the research report, the increase in the production of organic products in Russia can partly meet China's growing demand.

According to data from the Agricultural Export Development Center, in 2019, the world's consumption of organic products was close to 120 billion U.S. dollars, and the growth rate of consumption of organic products was 4.5 times the growth rate of overall food consumption. The Agricultural Export Development Center believes that by 2030, the consumption of organic products will increase by 1.5 times, and the amount will exceed 300 billion U.S. dollars.
