On October 9, 2021, the General Administration of Customs announced the Chinese version of the revised catalogue of the 2022 edition of the Harmonized System. The revised contents include a new note II in Chapter IV: "II. The "Yoghurt" mentioned in Item 04.03 can be concentrated or seasoned, and can contain sugar or other sweet substances, fruits, nuts, cocoa, chocolate, flavoring spices, coffee or coffee extracts, other plants or parts of plants, cereals or bread products, but any added substances cannot be used to replace any milk components in whole or in part, and the products must keep the basic characteristics of yoghurt." This regulation shall be implemented from January 1, 2022.

2021-10-09，海关总署关于发布2022年版《协调制度》修订目录中文版的公告。修订内容包括第四章新增注释二：“二、品目04.03所称“酸乳”可以浓缩或调味，可以含糖或其他甜味物质、水果、坚果、可可、巧克力、调味香料、咖啡或咖啡提取物、其他植物或植物的部分、谷物或面包制品，但添加的任何物质不能用于全部或部分取代任何乳成分，而且产品需保留酸乳的基本特征。”等。该法规自2022-01-01实施。
