On December 21, 2021, the General Administration of Customs took emergency preventive measures against 2 Vietnamese companies, due to the positive nucleic acid test of SARS-Cov-2 in a sample of 1 batch of frozen Basa catfish fillet and 1 sample of 1 batch of dried squid from Vietnam. The national customs suspended the acceptance of Vietnamese aquatic product companies I.D.I INTERNATIonAL DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT CORPORATION (Registered number: DL 479) and Branch of Blue Sea Agriculture & Seafoods Processing Limited Company in Binh Thuan (Registered number: HK 780) import declaration for 1 week from December 21. Product declaration will resume automatically after expiration.
