EU revised maximum levels of mercury in fish and salt

 
On 12 April 2022, the European Union issued COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2022/617, amending Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 as regards maximum levels of mercury in fish and salt. Among them, the maximum content in crabs and crab-like crustaceans is 0.50 mg/kg. The maximum content is 1.0 mg/kg in barracuda, mackerel, tuna, etc. The maximum content is 1.0 mg/kg mg/kg in food supplements salt.

4月12日,欧盟委员会发布 (EU) 2022/617号法规,修订关于鱼和盐中汞的最高含量。其中,在螃蟹和蟹状甲壳类动物中的最高含量为0.50mg/kg;在梭子鱼、鲭鱼、金枪鱼等中最高含量为1.0mg/kg;在食品补充剂、盐中的最高含量为1.0mg/kg。
