Russian Bureau of Veterinary and Plant Health Surveillance announced the results of sampling inspection of quarantine pests of imported plant products

From 18 to 24 July 2022, the Bureau of Veterinary and Plant Health Surveillance of the Russian Federation detected a total of 15 quarantine pests in 90 cases of high-risk plant products imported into Russia. The information is as follows:
 
Bacterial keratosis of pumpkin: 1 case;
 
Tomato brown rugose fruit virus: 4 cases;
 
Tomato spotted wilt virus: 1 case;
 
Zebra virus: 1 case;
 
Callosobruchus SPP. : 6 cases;
 
Cuscuta SPP. : 5 cases;
 
Frankliniella Schultzei (Trybom) : 1 case;
 
Monilinia fructicola (Winter) Honey: 9 cases;
 
Carposina sasakii Matsumura: 1 case;
 
Puccinia horiana Henn. : 3 cases;
 
Grapholitha molesta (Busck) : 23 cases;
 
Ipomoea lacunosa L. : 1 case;
 
Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) : 3 cases;
 
Ceratitis capitata (Wiedemann) : 7 cases;
 
(калифорнийский)трипс(Frankliniella occidentalis Perg) : 24 cases.
 
In order to prevent the infection of high-risk plant products to cause harm to Russian agriculture, illegal products are prohibited from entering Russia.
