On August 3, the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) announced that in order to help food companies or developers prepare novel food ingredients certification applications, the implementation of novel food ingredients technical consultation.
Applicants: Food enterprises or developers preparing novel food raw material certification applications.
Contents of assistance: Introduction to the certification system of novel food ingredients , scope of submission materials and guidelines for writing essentials of submission materials.
