FSANZ seeks comments on triacylglycerol lipase from genetically modified Komagataella phaffii as a processing aid

On September 6, 2024, the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) issued Notice 305-24, Application A1301, seeking comments on a triacylglycerol lipase as a processing aid.

  

According to the notice, the triacylglycerol lipase is produced from genetically modified Komagataella phaffii and is used in the processing of bread and bakery products. The deadline for comments is October 18, 2024 at 6 p.m. (Canberra time).
