GACC has approved another Russian dairy company to export to China

China's General Administration of Customs has approved another Russian dairy producer's export to China, according to the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision.

 

"GACC has approved a dairy production company to supply to China," the statement said. It is the second Russian dairy processing company approved to export to China this year, according to the announcement.

 

A total of 54 Russian companies are on China's registered list of overseas dairy producers, the statement said.

 

Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision pointed out that this year, Russia's exports of liquid milk, concentrated cream and cream powder to China increased by 180% year-on-year, while exports of whey to China increased by 80% year-on-year.

 

The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision also said it will continue to strive for more Russian food companies to be allowed to export to China.
