On June 12, 2024, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) issued document No. 2024.8817, which intends to approve vitamin D2 mushroom powder as a new food raw material, with specific requirements as follows. The document will enter into force on the date of its official publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
