As a third-party platform of online food trading, Shanghai Branch of a Beijing company failed to check the authenticity and validity of the licenses of 18 online food business operators by comparing with the license information and conducting on-site verification.

 
The Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation imposed a fine of RMB 200,000 and confiscated the illegal income of RMB 1131.7.
