On June 17, National Intellectual Property Administration printed and distributed the “Trademark Infringement Judgment Standards”, which stipluated the following infringement acts such as highlight the font of enterprise name on the same good or service which is identical with other registered trademark; colore the trademark to make it similar to other registered trademarks on the same or similar goods or services, which will be easy to cause confusion;give gift that infringes the exclusive right to use a registered mark, etc.This standard will come into force from the date of promulgation.

        6月17日，国家知识产权局印发《商标侵权判断标准》标准规定了如下侵权行为：在同一种商品或者服务上，将企业名称中的字号突出使用，与他人注册商标相同；以攀附为目的附着颜色，与他人在同一种或者类似商品或者服务上的注册商标近似、容易导致混淆；附赠侵犯注册商标专用权商品。本标准自公布之日起施行。
