2. Check enterprise
GACC implements a registration system for overseas food manufacturers that export dairy products to China (hereinafter referred to as "overseas manufacturers"), and the registered overseas production enterprises shall be announced on the website of GACC.

3. Check formula
Except national/regio
nal access and company registration, im
ported infant formula milk powder products also need to obtain an infant formula milk powder product formula registration certificate before declaration. Visit the "
Special Food Information Query Platform" of the State Administration for Market Regulation to check whether the relevant product formula has obtained the registration and the registration details such as the registration number, registration validity period, and label samples of the registered product.

4. Filing
Exporters or agents exporting dairy products to China shall file with GACC. The exporter or agent applying for the record shall provide the record information in accordance with the record requirements and be respo
nsible for the authenticity of the information.

porters and exporters of im
ported food and cosmetics has been integrated with the "
Internet + Customs" integrated platform. The registered companies use the "filing application number" as the login user name, and new users can register on the "Internet + Customs" integrated platform for filing.

5. Approval
im
ported dairy products that need to go through quarantine approval procedures can o
nly be im
ported after obtaining the "China Entry Animal and Plant Quarantine License". GACC may adjust and announce the types of dairy products subject to quarantine approval in accordance with the law.
The following are some dairy products that need to go through the quarantine approval procedures:
a. Raw milk (refers to the normal milk that is squeezed from the breasts of healthy dairy animals without any change in composition), involving HS code:
0401200000.
b. Raw dairy products (referring to dairy products that directly use raw milk as the main raw material and have not undergone heat treatment and sterilization process), involving HS codes:
0403100000, 0406100000, 0406200000, 0406300000, 0406400000, 0406900000.
c. Pasteurized milk (refers to liquid products made from raw cow/goat milk o
nly through pasteurization and other processes), involving HS code:
0401100000, 0401200000.
d. The processed milk is produced and processed by pasteurization technology.
It should be noted that the above HS code o
nly refers to the HS code involved in im
ported dairy varieties that need to go through quarantine approval procedures, and does not mean that all im
ported foods using this HS code need to go through quarantine approval procedures. The products should be comprehensively judged ba
